When you hit an NPC with a mind-controlled NPC, if the NPC you hit can see you, they will figure out what is going on and become hostile.If you do allow them to live, release them away from you so they don't spot you and chase after you. NPCs that are released from mind control will become hostile towards you sometimes this is useful for starting fights between groups of NPCs, but often it's best to kill your NPCs by making them attack generators, fall into pits, or get into fights rather than release them.Removing Vocally Challenged or acquiring a Translator gives you more options for approaching missions.Give any weapons you acquire to party members or sell them.You can hire NPCs to fight for you or you can use Mind Control and trick NPCs into fighting each other. How to fight: You can't use any weapons nor can you remove Near-Harmless, making direct combat impossible.Main missions are given at the beginning of each level and are marked with blue, red, or pink quest markers. There are 3 types of missions: Main Missions, Optional Missions, and Big Quests. The Alien is unaffected by mind altering items such as a Hypnotizer or Haterator, but can be affected by items like Rage Poison or the Satellite's Happy Waves. Missions are the various in-game objectives for players to complete. However, using a Translator or playing as The Alien yourself, will allow you to understand it. They don't spawn with items, but will pick them up like other NPCs.Īs the trait Vocally Challenged would suggest, the Alien cannot speak in a manner intelligible to humans, and will only provide gibberish when interacted with. ![]() When spawned, the Alien will be neutral to everyone. The Tech Expert trait or a Wrench is required in order to spawn the alien. The entire of Streets of Rogue’s story revolves around dealing with the evil mayor, and so as you’d expect, getting the bad ending is directly related to the man himself. They aren't able to be generated naturally. The Alien NPC is only found in Uptown when spawned with a Satellite Dish.
